General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods

For the purpose of these terms and conditions the expression “the company” shall mean C.T.C. Wholesalers whose registered office is situated at:

All sales of goods by the Company shall be subject to and conditional upon, these general terms and conditions of sale and no person shall have any authority whether express or implied, to vary same, other than a Director of the Company. Any variance thereof shall not be binding upon the Company unless same is in writing and signed by a Director.

The Company agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase the goods specified in the Company’s sales invoices /sales order at the prices stated therein.

Payment for the full cost of the goods shall be made by the buyer within the agreed period and for the full price stated.

Payment for the full costs of the goods shall be made by the buyer within the agreed period from the date of invoice applicable to each sale. In the event of payment in full not having been made by the buyer within the said period, then interest could be levied against the amount outstanding from the date of the invoice, at the statutory rate applicable under section 35A of the Supreme Court Act 1981 or any similar provision in replacement of substitution thereof.

The buyer shall examine and inspect the goods upon delivery and shall sign a proof of delivery as acceptance of the goods. The buyer shall be deemed to have inspected, examined and accepted the goods upon the signing of each proof of delivery. No return of goods in any circumstances will be accepted by the Company unless a written complaint is received by the Company within 7 days of delivery.

All New Account Customers are required to pay Pro Forma on the first 3 orders

Data Protection Notice

The Company is a data controller in terms of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

It is the Company’s policy to process personal data which we hold in accordance with GDPR.

The data will be used for standard business purposes including:-

• Helping us to make decisions about affording credit facilities. Managing credit accounts.
• Carrying out credit/financial assessments.
• Recovering debts.

We may from time to time apply to one or more credit reference agencies to obtain your record of data for various purposes.

We may also disclose information to outside tracing/enquiry agents or collection agencies for the purpose of recovering our debts.

The information that you provide will be held by the Company for the period of time that you trade with the Company, and for any subsequent time there after as required so as to comply with Legislation.
