Korev is a premium Helles-style lager brewed by St Austell Brewery, a family-owned brewery established in 1851 in Cornwall, England. The name “Korev” is derived from the traditional Cornish word for “beer,” reflecting the brewery’s deep roots in the region. In 2010, after nearly 160 years of brewing ales, St Austell Brewery introduced Korev as its first lager. Crafted using natural ingredients, including locally grown Cornish barley, Korev undergoes a 25-day brewing process to achieve its clean, crisp taste.
