General Conditions

For the purpose of these terms and conditions the expression “the company” shall mean C.T.C. Wholesalers whose registered office is situated at:

Camel House,
Thorverton Road,
Marsh Barton,
Exeter, EX2 8FS

All sales of goods by the Company are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. No individual, unless explicitly authorized in writing by a Director of the Company, shall have the authority to alter or waive any terms. Any amendments shall only be valid if documented in writing and signed by a Director.

Sales Agreement

The Company agrees to sell, and the buyer agrees to purchase, the goods specified in the Company’s sales invoices or sales orders at the stated prices.

Payment Terms

The buyer must make full payment for the goods within the agreed period from the date of the invoice. The total amount stated on the invoice must be paid in full within the specified timeframe.

If full payment is not received within the agreed period, interest may be applied to the outstanding amount from the invoice date, at the statutory rate applicable under Section 35A of the Supreme Court Act 1981 or any subsequent legislation replacing it.

Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect and examine the goods. Signing the proof of delivery constitutes acceptance of the goods. By signing, the buyer acknowledges that they have examined and accepted the delivered goods.

Returns and Complaints

The Company will not accept any return of goods unless a written complaint is received within 7 days of delivery. Any return requests beyond this period will not be considered.
