Returns Policy

CTC only accepts authorised returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered products; we do not offer sale or return as part of our standard trading conditions.

CTC will only accept and provide credit for returns that have been authorised for collection by either one of our Business Development Advisors or the Tele-sales Office other than where a customer identifies wrongly delivered goods at the time of delivery. In the latter case the Driver will take back the goods for credit.

Returns must only be for one of the following reasons or they will not be accepted or credit given:

  • Product damaged on delivery
  • Picking error
  • Input order error
  • Faulty product

CTC does not offer sale or return as part of our normal trading conditions.
